Did they send your car direct to PECLA or to the selling dealer first? I am also going to do the Experience center with my 3RS.

I am guessing he has never set foot in the dealer since he lives on West Coast and the dealer is in Indiana. Car sent straight to PEC out of convenience is my guess. Its local dealer to me, they were selling car to highest bidder.
