I'll chime in here to explain OTTO.
We are a 47,000 sf facility here in Scottsdale dedicated to an automotive social club, vehicle storage, and collection management. On the social side, we program many onsite events ranging from lifestyle happenings, product introductions, speaker series, cars & coffee and offsite events like private rallies, track days, etc. Our vehicle storage encompasses a stacker suite for 75 vehicles, independent floor storage for ~110 vehicles (any car can be moved without moving others out of the way), and 19 private two-car garages for 24 hr. access. We can hold a upwards of 220+ vehicles. Our collection management program allows members to control their collection through a smartphone app and web portal - managing washes through transport, service, track prep, repairs etc. at the touch of a button.
