if I get ppl to pay $200k for member initiation and annual fee of $100k a year. I can do that in peninsula. that fee is for just ONE car.
but I love the concept.
but anywhere in the SF peninsular I cannot get it to pencil out, even when RE was down in 2007-8

really don't get the point...people pay money for this?
when u have 10+ cars servicing , detailing, maintenance, transporting them and hiding from
wives and mistresses (this is a cultural thing) yes they pay. I have a much smaller facilities and some
”guilty” offenders are fighting to get in. what happens in MO stays in MO.
its not a service for everyone but for some it is indispensable , life , marriage and asset saving
