Anyone knownifnthere is likely to be a special send-off 911? When would the cutoff be for such a car to be announced?

Sports Classic, Special 3RS, etc?

cant imagine yet another 991.2 variant given that the T and the GTS already exist ... if they have any spare parts left over they should just build more GT3s and RS'es ...

No, there is a GT2RS Clubsport also (much less expensive without the 935 cosmetics). Sort of in the mold of the Cayman GT4 Clubsport (but at a higher level of performance and cost).
