i would say no because they sell a cover for over $800 with special tie downs....the picture I saw was a spare in the front buckets of a GT3.....you could measure the trunk to see if it can accommodate a 20 inch rim, but with inflatable tire it probably is too much..

I'm a bit confused on a spare
Those of u that haven't center lock
Id never torque the wheel on a portable jack, you about have to stand on the torque wrench
If the wheel isn't torqued to spec the hub is suppose to be replaced
Best bet is leave car, Uber home, call flat bed

so you have valid point.
but it does kind of suck to wait for a flat bed to be towed
i would actually feel like a big dummy ...and tow truck driver laughing in his mind saying
look at this dummy 150k plus car and cannot change a flat.

Don't under estimate the power of the flat repair juice. Only in a rare tire failure would you be unable to fix a flat. I had a two inch slice from a piece of metal and the juice worked. On long trips I recommend caring a torque wrench as not every small town or repair shop will be able to deal with CL hubs.
i always keep a set of spent track tires that are just heat cycled out with lots of tread left just in case I need a short term fix. This save you from buying from a dealer at absorbadent prices.

These photos should be titled 'when juice won't work. Not my GT3, but my 991.2 Turbo - last weekend heading to a PCA event. No idea what we hit, but it destroyed the tire AND the wheel. Neither my wife or I saw what must have been an immovable object as we crossed over a road expansion joint. $2100 wheel, $370 tire, $248 tow charge...all covered by my auto insurance.
