Default 991.1 GT3 Price

Hi all

I know this is a question which probably cannot be answered so I'm more or less looking for opinions. I currently have a 997.2 S and want to upgrade to a GT3. Do we think the 991.1 GT3 price will fall below $110,000? Thanks!

agree , how soon ??
depends on so many factors
year
mileage
options : FAL, LWB probably most important, so lack of these options will push price down
clean vs bad car fax

Nope.... unless from an exotic rental/driving fleet with 100K miles. Look at slushbox F430 prices...

It will eventually be worth $0. So will Carrera GT's. It's called the Second Law of Thermodynamics. On a long enough time horizon everything will be worthless. Or just buy it and drive it. The car is still awesome and worth the 10-20 grand you think you might lose.

Hard to say where prices go, but keep in mind there is a 10 year, 120k mile warranty so when the 991.2 engines are out of warranty you will still have 2-3 years left of free engines.

i think this would depend on options, mileage, etc.

But a 991.1 with modest mileage probably won't be under 110K for a few years.

just a data point...
my 991.1 GT3 (2014), 2nd motor (G-series), 12k miles, 146k msrp, +FAL, +tracked, clean carfax, 1year of CPO left, was 119k enclosed shipped.

if my PPI was properly done, I probably could have knocked another 1-2k off.

Should be able to get a good deal. Probably a better one if you shop around in the dead of winter after cars that can't move haven't sold for months. Good luck!
