Would have no problem buying a GT3 with a properly installed roll cage. All other PPI items need to checkout as usual.

And yes, properly installed, a roll cage, actually the GMG is really only a half cage, is a plus, would make me more likely to buy it. I would not believe the "never tracked it" statement, though. Makes me suspicious of any other statements made.
Having exposed steel in the cabin always increases risk of injury, especially when it's bolted in and not welded. One scenario, without arm nets, your hands/arms could hit the bar in an accident and they could break. So that's not life threatening but it could make an on street car accident worse than it would have been. With all that said, we take risks every day.
