Jaguar Project 8 - 4 door GT3?
Hi everyone! Every since I caught wind of the Project 8 last year I knew I wanted one as it ticks all the boxes for me (minus manual trans) and allows me to take my daughter on spirited runs or just making errands a bit more of an experience. The whole history of how the P8 came to be also intrigues me as well as the engineering that went into developing it at SVO. The reviews have been fantastic with many talks of GT3 like suspension/etc... not to mention the noise that motor makes! I was lucky enough to get an allocation as they are only making 300 and I am looking forward to comparing it to my incoming 3RS and GT3 manual.
Has the P8 intrigued anyone else? Does anyone else on RL have one on order?

Three Wheelin'
Have you driven it? It's crazy quick and handles like crazy. Not to mention it looks nasty! Enjoy it in good health. I drove it but it's not in my budget to get one.

It’s the most “insane looking” sedan ever made!
And the most rare sedan with 2-seat “trackpack with roll cage” option.
Actually it’s the only factory produced street legal sedan with 2-seats and roll cage ever.
And it drives like GT3 which is actually incredible

Burning Brakes
It's a really cool car. I got to drive one on the track and i'd stop short of comparing it to a GT3. It's cool, but it's a decent-sized sedan car, and behaves like one on the track. I see no way to honestly consider it a viable track-day tool, even once or twice a year. You'd burn up those ceramics and gobble up tires in a day. God forbid a slight stumble and you could put a $190k street car into the wall. I love the idea and I'm glad they built the car, but Jag is obviously selling it as an occasional track toy- and I find that a bit of a stretch.
Very cool though. Tons of power. Good brakes. Stable under max braking from high speed. People who like cars will love it.
