With CXX, can you change the hood color for weissach package so it's not so ugly?

If you order lizard green you will get a lizard green hood and the carbon fiber one sent to you at a later time

not necessarily: I just picked mine up in Zuffenhausen 2 weeks ago and mine had the correct frunk. The others I saw being built on the line did as well.

This is only temporary. There are also some people who have received Lizard Green painted CF hoods by mistake. The same goes for the Mag wheels. If you ordered W.P (which has a hold) and didnt get Mag wheels, you will get standard wheels on delivery and Mag wheels will be shipped to you.

Edit..Its either some people who ordered W.P. got fully painted CF hoods or the standard painted hood....either way those individuals will get the corrected W.P hood, additionally. Good stuff either way.

Mag wheels is only for the GT2 RS and If you have selected black wheels. Mag wheels can not been selcted to the GT3 RS until mid feb -19.

The hoods on GT3 RS WP, cars produced june/july and some parts of august in Lizard Green and Black has been deliverd with a painted hood instead of the visible carbon hood. If your car is delivered with the wrong hood, a new one will be delivered to your Porsche Centre middle of november.

Because that is what Porsche AG has specifically said in print. Not only was I sent a confirmation from Porsche AG via my dealer, when I picked up my car from the factory this was reiterated to me in person. I received My A-1 Black Weissach with a painted hood and the exposed carbon hood will be sent to my dealer in mid Nov with no charge for installation and I will keep the second hood at no charge.

I like either way just as much.

CXX is available on RS. I have a CXX option on my car.

For $18k, you should be able to repaint the hood straight from the factory.

my 8 year old doesn't make simple mistakes like this...
again, I would be ashamed to captain this ship called PAG.
