At least CPO from Porsche, there are more PDK for sale. I suspect lots of those folks upgraded to GT3 RS.
6MT for me, but with my PTS color and a rubber dash I don’t think I would do so well flipping it. Lol. Only way I would sell is if I get a speedster in green and, even then, I would probably keep both.

I had a $ 162 PDK/buckets/iron that I sold with less than 900 miles, but I was not technically a "flipper". Just didn't use the car enough as a DD. I did keep the build at MSRP relatively low $ going into it in case of a future sale - for more potential buyer prospects.
It seems that having iron brakes and buckets with overall LOWER MSRP (below $165K) are the key to selling fast to track oriented buyers....transmission is a driver preference and PDK may even sell faster with irons and buckets than 6MT to that track focused customer that I eventually realized I was not....

Small sample but I could be wrong with my assumption, 6 MT vs 3 PDK keepers so far.

Have a Manual with LWBs/PCCBs.
I plan on keeping her because right now nothing out there excites me. Well- may be the Performante but do not think I would actually enjoy it more. The only interest in the future would be the new Vantage when the "S' comes out and they put three peddles in her. That could be 2-3 years away though so I will enjoy my GT3 and even then does not guarantee I would trade for her. It would be nice to keep this one for 20 plus years and put on over 100,000 miles. I also find that Porsches age like fine wine if you take care of them. They just look better w/age

Touring, i.e. M/T and definitely a keeper. Only entered the waiting line when the .2 M/T "upgrade" was annonced 1.5 yrs ago. No want for the GT3 before that

If was flipping, I'd get a PDK.
More people know how to drive a PDK than a stick. Larger pool of potential buyers.

I bought mine to keep as well (white PDK), as it was a dream car of mine.
However, I'll be honest with myself, unlike many here this wasn't an easy purchase for me and if down the line the value of my car goes to $500K or something crazy, you bet I will sell it.
