Just took delivery of my new JCR centre bypass and Titanium bolt-on tips yesterday..The workmanship and quality of the welds are some of the best i've ever seen..I've placed an order but not yet paid for JCR's Valved side deletes as am unsure whether or not fitting both will be OTT..I might fit the Centre bypass and BMC air filters first as i have both and decide afterwards..Any thoughts on this or first hand experiences on both types.
Its very rare these days to come across such quick responses such as JCR's to various queries,,Very professional setup i would guess which bodes well for the long term future of the business..

Look forward to hearing your impressions once installed, thanks for the compliments. We're working very hard to ensure all of our products exceed expectations.

As for the valved side deletes, see how you feel after installing the centre and tips and we can go from there

Very cool! Are HP / TQ gains with this setup?

Are you also planning to eventually make headers as well?

Gains are pretty slim with the centre bypass alone, measurable on the dyno and maybe to the most sensitive of drivers however the majority of gains are in weight saving and sound quality.

Headers are coming, we're releasing our latest product tomorrow first. The JCR Titanium Race Pipe and then its straight into production finalisation for our Inconel header design

Ah sorry! It didn’t show the link in your post so assumed you were referring to the centre bypass products.

Yes, gains with the Race Pipe and a truly incredible sound too!

Launching tomorrow

Just a teaser of our latest Titanium Centre Bypass offering.

Those with an eager eye will spot some very interesting details in the design.

All shall be revealed Monday with the official release of this new product however in the mean time here’s some images and a couple of details to wet the appetite!

JCR Titanium Superlight Centre Bypass utilising thinner gauge Asnex Titanium.

Main exhaust diameter transitioning from 63mm to 70mm in a smooth manour. No abrupt changes which can introduce turbulence leading to drone

Utilising the same lightweight flange and merge design from our famed Titanium Race Pipe for a beautiful and unique tone.

Direct replacement for factory centre muffler.

This one is a game changer.. Look forward to sharing more info Monday!

if you take the long race pipe and connect, split it to the valved side delete, then add the small upper silencer, we now have a the valved version of the silenced race pipe?

Not quite, but the concept is similiar to this. Images are coming, once we have the design nailed and tested.

Valves open the routing is as per the non silenced race pipe, with valves closed gasses are directed through 2x small internal diameter silencers under the main pipe, either side of the merge.

Looks awesome! I love your race pipe sound....absolutely best by far for RSR sound...no others come even close IMHO (no disrespect to others this is just my view and we each have our own). I can't use if on tracks near me so this looks like a possible option. Please let us know db (I know, I know, its not exact, but a close estimate would be appreciated). Great job JCR, keep the awesome products coming.

does this one help achieve that sound of your race pipe? I like that system a lot, but want catted headers as well. Maybe the dundon catted plus this will be a win for my situation. Room for silencers on this system looks pretty tight, is it possible?
