That's a work of art! I'm assuming it's welded in a purged enclosure and not just back-purged. Are those fusion welds or do they use filler?

For the side muffler bypass we're offering both Valved and non-valved options. Obviously if you're looking to retain factory PSE function then you would just go with our valved options. Weight savings are very significant, final production weights of our side bypasses are TBC however we're expecting weight savings approaching 20kg after install.

Our Ti Race Exhaust is quite a different product. That mates up to the OEM style manifold / header flange and features no valves or silencers with a design specifically geared around creating the most exotic sound and extracting the most top end power. In terms of emissions, no effect as you can run with OEM manifolds / headers, I guess the warranty is a question of how your OPC view exhaust modifications

Waiting currently on valves however we're really not too far away now. I'm not really wanting to commit myself to a date however we're pushing flat out to get them complete and available as soon as possible

Fully enclosed and filler wire. Some of the latest shots attached below, the build quality is second to none. If we do say so ourselves.

My System from JCR ^^^^ arrives today. Depending on how tired I am, I may even install tonight after work.

Really looking forward to getting this system put on.

So with your soon to be released valved side muffler bypass pipes connected to your silenced rear muffler:

- with valves closed, exhaust will route to the “silenced” section of the rear muffler, which is the upper part
- with valves open, exhaust will route to the “non-silenced” section, which is the lower part of the rear muffler (which is in essence a straight pipe from the cat)

Is this correct? Thx.

I’m going to finish installing in this afternoon. The shipping box was so light I thought I got scammed, LOL. The construction is impeccable.

I'm interested in the inconel headers and titanium straight pipe ... will probably wait for another customer to take the plunge first, though.
