Watching the 919 go 185mph down the straight was pretty cool though.

A couple of random thoughts....I was standing in front of the stage when they unveiled it. They unveiled the Speedster concept first and it was kind of weird b/c they introduced it as a concept which everyone knew about already not saying anything about whether they would actually build it. Then they unveiled the 935 and everyone gasped because I think it really was a complete surprise. I haven't read anything about it. What wasn't a surprise is that they are going to use the 2RS engine (about 700 hp) and only make 70 examples:mad: You could hear the groans. I thought it looked very cool in motion and when the factory driver drove by us and revved the engine for the crowd it sounded awesome. I snuck around the rope and peered inside when the door was opened. Is that a PDK lever? Seems like it sould have something different in a car like this.
