Another reference point. I traded in a 2015 with 11k miles 5 weeks ago. Received 125, Car was sold by dealer in under 3 weeks and they originally listed it for 140. Had new tires and up to date maintenance.

Interesting data points. I thought the OPs ask was fair. What do you all think the premium is for a PTS .1 car?

You learn something new everyday. Do you know how G2 engines can be identified?

Good question, would have to dig through old threads. Maybe someone could chime in...

This is news to me.. From what I've seen, he asking price is to low.. A CPO'd '14 with 11K miles just sold here locally for $132. I haven't seen any with below 20K miles for less than $125...

Thank you. I didn't know this.

I've been looking DAILY for the past 3 months. From I've seen this is the lowest supply yet (17 cars surrounding SoCal where it was consistently 22+ around summer time). The fully loaded ones go very quickly and the lower MSRP (steel brakes, standard interior, no FAL etc) will sit quite a bit. From my daily research I would peg OP's car at around $117K. Good luck w/ sale.

Not sure where you guys get these low numbers.
In a 300 miles radius (i live in LA), on autotrader there are 26 GT3 (2014-2016) for sale.
The cheapest is a NON CPO 2014 GT3 with 28k miles at Porsche Livermore listed at $125,990.00

Dealer prices are negotiable but so is OP price.
His initial asking price, considering CPO and 10 year warranty on engine seems reasonable.
110k-115k is WAY too low.

The fact that a 2015 traded at the dealership for 125k speaks for itself.
