I have a 991.2 GT3 with buckets.

Then got a set of 991.1 GT3 18 way seats.
Then swap it.. the module is different.
But can be done if the people know what they are doing.

my techs told me it was a ton of dough to do the swap from LWB to 18 way. if there is any way to do this for less than 10k someone please let me know but my understanding is that you're in for 20k+ bill.

We swapped a few GT3s from buckets to sofas & other way around. No issues. It's important to know where the seat (model) came from originally. The module is model specific.

I have 4-way comfort seats in my 991.1 GT3, if anyone wants to swap their buckets with me I'm down!

No need to swap. If I had rhe 4 ways I would not want Buckets. Now - I like the buckets strictly because I think they look cool but that is the only rise they give me.- just being honest

How much does something like that cost? Buckets are worth more than regular seats (do you take the buckets as a trade?) but obviously there is labor, modules etc.

Cost varies by a sizable margin because there are too many variables in the play. We have done a straight swap from GT3 sport seat with matching stitching to an used seat from a Turbo that was in an accident that needed airbag replacement & complete reupholstered leather & stitching to match the new GT3. we even had the back of the seat covered in leather so the cost was quite high.
