Grundy or Hagerty
I've been insuring with liberty mutual and been happy. My broker informed me to expect my GT3 RS rates to double upon my policy renewal.
Been inquiring with about a dozen companies and half won't insure the RS. I have a clean driving record. Grundy is 3200 annually and Hagerty is a few more dollars. Both Grundy and Hagerty are stated values 230K and 500K liability. How do these rates sound ? I was shocked to learn NV is in the top five most expensive markets to insure a car, SMDH I'm in the middle of the desert.

Same here.....had Liberty Mutual for all my cars and rates went up by 40% across the board for no reason.....I moved my F-car and GT3RS to Grundy....I first did the RS and got 8,000 miles annually and $230K stated value.....premium is $2,000....added the F-car with no increase in mileage and stated value of $300.....total premium $4,500.....hard to compare though as location, age, and record all come into play ....

Have you tried Erie? I have multiple policies with them and they seem to be very reasonable. I rather have 1 policy for all my cars. I even had to make a claim on my Ferrari and my rates didn't go up. Been very happy with them.

Erie does not write polices in NV

Hargerty quoted me $203k guaranteed valued for $4,700 annually. Clean record/ excellent credit. I must be too young.

Yea, also in NV... Had my GT3 and now my GT3RS covered with Grundy agreed value $240k... have a few other of my cars on Hagerty, with the daily drivers on Farmers... Hagerty was quite a bit higher than Grundy for the 3RS - I'm late 30's, clean record, etc.
I believe I pay around $3250 a year for the 3RS with Grundy, up $900 from the GT3.
No idea why it is so expensive out here... no weather incidents, and everything is flat. Oh well

AZ and NV are both extremely expensive for car insurance. My agent said more cars are stolen in these states than almost anywhere else. Could be lying to me to make me feel good though.
