Sam

I see this one has a 3inch collapsed height. Do you think the BL7000 with 3.5inch collapsed height will work with my RS? How much room do you have to spare without contacting the underbody??I want the 7000 as I also want to put BMW X5 on there and its pretty close to 5000 lbs
Thanks!

I have a set of these as well and use on my 87 911, 97 993, 16 Cayman, and 18 GT3 (multiple wheel base vehicles). So this model fits all of those.
I do not think the collapsed height will be an issue on your RS, BUT check that the collapsed length is not more than your car will allow. (I haven't check the website to see if the length of the model you describe is more than the one we are using). That is the parameter that has caused me the slightest frustration because if the Quickjack won't slide in between the wheels properly, it's a no-go.
You may be on the right track but check that length before ordering and being disappointed.

Thank you for the reply.
Just to confirm you have the BL-7000 correct?

Here are pictures of the clearance between the top of the rubber bumpers and the GT3 Touring. Lots of room. Also confiming I have the model BL-5000SLX

Apologies for being unclear- I have the BL-5000SLX. My post was meant to emphasize that the Quickjack frame length is also a consideration, not simply resting height.

Bought one as well from Costco when they were on sale. Still in the box though.

Picked up the Harbor Freight jack, it does fit the jack point stands. With jack pad and rubber pad, would not fit under GT3. Jacked up car and set wheel/tire on a rubber floor mat. Did the trick and good to go.
