I traded my RS w/ roll cage in it to Porsche Nashville. They sold it that way to the next owner. I had warranty work done on it with the cage in it as well. Porsche knows they have a subset of customers who track the cars and they are incredibly tolerant of it IMHO.

Thank you tstafford. Since US regulations forbid importing the car with a cage in the first place, maybe the service centers in the States are generally more supportive.
