Haha my brand new 991.2 Targa 4GTS might be worth more $$$$ then GT3 some day.

I wonder what the least expensive Porsche franchise would cost? Something like valley imports in Fargo (they have six cars on the website listed for sale so if they are not the smallest it’s close to) or some other out of the way dealer.

Targa will depreciate like all others long term... and if it is a keeper it will not matter.)

You guys go ahead and buy the tiny dealership like I did. I'll consult.

The biggest challenge of running a Porsche store is the strict operational stuff that causes you to lose 5-7 productive work days a month on the phone or glued to a meeting, or writing marketing plans etc. the red tape of running dealerships is very hard to cut through.

And while the GT allocations are fun to distribute to your best clients, 50% of the people you meet are trying to get you to lose money selling them four door cars.

It's got highs and lows- just make sure you have a proper expectation.

That all being said- I'd take a second Porsche franchise over a BMW or Audi store. Audi customers are all trying to compete to see who can make the store lose money

or change the demand. If everybody agreed NOT to buy a car with ADM and instead purchased something else; ie 997GT3, 991.1GT3, Mercedes, McLaren, Corvette, etc. This is much easier than starting a dealership.
