I am sure he will sell the allocation to you for $20k, maybe less. If you want MSRP, so do I, but that’s not happening on a GT3 this cycle. And I wanted a GT3 more than to pay MSRP. I respect that you had the opposite view.

Nobody is getting $20k over for a stripper build GT3, so if the goal is max profit, going that route is a losing proposition.

Why not split the difference and make it 12.5 k? Would seem to be an easier route to take than the risk and time involved with a GT3 flip.

I’ll chime in. I’m selling my Tournng. It’s well soecced. I bought to to keep it and yada yada yada have to sell it.
you will not get your ask. You will get a bunch of tire kickers and low ball offers and a bunch of scammers and non serious people.
Just St give up your allocation and move on. If my car doesn’t sell, I can afford to keep it. Not a big deal as I paid cash for the car. But if you are not ina position to tie up a couple hundred grand- just walk away and chalk it up to a lesson learned.
Hope it it all works out for you.

imo right now you would 100%....by the time it arrives, that’s another story.
some dude is asking 215k for his touring on here....it has the same engine, Same transmission, same suspension. It’s the same car! All for only 52k more...DID I MENTION ITS USED! now he isn’t going to sell for anything close to that but just saying.
touring @163k sells today no doubts

^^^ touring = sofas. Since PTS is out, I’d go white, black or silver with full leather, FAL, and few to no other cost options. Lower-cost spec gives you a better chance of recouping your money. And although I think 20k ADM to configure your own is a great price, I’m not surprised you had trouble moving the allocation here on Rennlist. I don’t list any of my cars here for sale any longer — too many dreamers, trolls and wanna-bes.

Yeah, thread title should be change to How to flip a gt3.
Now there are going to be a bunch of identical gt3t on the market built by flippers and dealers following the Recipe laid out in this thread. Nice one
