Champion was aware of him opening accounts like Rampage Motors and conducting fraudulent business, but continued to employ him.
Champion also goes by Champion Motorsports. Similar to Autosports.

This would be a logical and face saving move, yet they haven't said a thing as of yet. Why not jump on this as soon as it came to light, and have PCNA put out a statement saying they will work with affected parties to get them the cars they dreamed of? Makes them look great, makes it look like they give a **** for once about customer, and also makes it look like they support their dealer network as we're all assuming champion wasn't actively participating in the fraud.

Some people make comments here without even doing their homework and reading the evidence. Typical RL. Post just for the sake of posting.

I just watched a recent Dave Ramsey show where he said if an employee stole as little as toilet paper, that the worker is to be fired.
If I was management at Champion that dude would likely be fired but if not, he'd be on a VERY short leash where EVERY single deposit/transaction with customer has to be triple-verified with two managers.
But then again if he was able to use his own personal connection with past customers and fake documents/seals.....it can be very hard to catch. I'm sure he was on a first name basis with lot of customers and via calls/texts he could secure businesses that way.
Here's my end question though: Why wasn't this scumbag fired after that first scam?!?!?! That's the kind of transgression that gets someone fired on the spot. They have 1 hour to clean their office or police will be called for trespassing.

All PCNA has to do, and it’s no sweat off their back, is to deliver to those screwed, their car to their build to a different dealer. They just have to increase production to satisfy those cars. It should not be too hard to find those involved and verify.

It is our intent to insure .... assure receive the proceeds
translation, we filed a claim with our insurer and they have not confirmed converage yet and if we admit liability we jeopardize our insurance coverage, but we want to make it clear that we are not going to leave people hanging (because that would be bad for us) and this is the best language our lawyer would approve.
