I'm sure a rental. Shows it's an apartment?

He's in financial trouble anyway. Probably trying to get out of the country.

Wonder the status of his Champion Autosports account and he funds? Probably drained and cashed out.
Would assume yes to all of that.

With 10 or so kids in the family I'm sure one of them will squeal as to mom and dad's whereabouts...

No, I think you're struggling with reading comprehension. What I think is that it is very likely that one of the biggest Porsche dealerships in the country had inadequate controls that allowed one of their employees to commit fraud, and that it is much less likely that this entire fraud was executed with no connection to Champion at all, i.e., that every single correspondence, funds flow, and information flow was between the perp and the victims. That's what I'm saying. And the latter is the only possible way Champion could have no liability in this case. This is not about who knew what, it's about who should have known what.

number does not match the actual name. Confirmed with Porsche NA and even the dealership that my commission and my name do match, however when the dealership shared the " build sheet " with me, it is a
completely different build. The car has a bunch of CXX options and already in V250 status. Is there some light at the end of the tunnel? Thanks for all the support.
Jack
Jack, perhaps your situation is not part of this scam but some other issue. This all makes little sense. Were you asked to prepay for your build? Check to Champion Porsche? Deal with perpetrator? Nevertheless, I wish you the best of luck getting a GT3 close to your original spec.

Question: does this dealer normally ask for large deposits on cars prior to delivery?

Default They have done this before

I’ll let this document stand on its own. Shiraaz has done this before and Champion knew about it?
Fewer cars (911r) but same process?
Champion didn’t fire him?
Champion didn’t increase supervision?
