That just proves that Champion knew what kind of employee they had and they allowed him to continue working there without any controls....this could be the end of Champion.

What a mess. 911R purchased. No car materialized. Multiple bounced personal checks to plantiff. Looks like old Shiraaz had a side biz (Rampage Motors) scamming people.

Even without this document/prior lawsuit, Champion is on the hook due to Vicarious Liability/Respondeat Superior, as mentioned several times before in this thread.

Didn't the owner pass away recently from a drowning accident? I feel bad for the Champion family.
For all we know, the owners of Champion might have been trying to help a loyal 10-year employee get his life back together by giving him another chance.

customers were sold allocations with commission numbers. I have a commission but sadly not in my name. I found that out last Friday. My commission number car is delivering I just don’t know who it actually belongs to.

Related but slightly different angle... what if any of these "confirmed" Champion allocations were "sold" by one of these customers to other third-parties? There were/are a few of these allocations announced for sale here on the marketplace...
To make it a little more complex, what if the individual who posted any these "confirmed" allocations for sale knew or suspected of trouble with his/her paid Champion deposit "allocation" ?

Based on the 911R lawsuit from 2016 Champion knew what was going on, I think they may have tried to get Shiraaz to return the money until he fled the country.
Now to the people that still believe Champion didn't know, do you really think customers that paid $100k and were getting the run around never picked up the phone and called the store manager?
