No. A rogue VP did. Not the dealer.

Just leave the damn lawyers as last resort! I swear America is the most litigious country in the World : I can be sued for farting on public property.

Anyway,just my 2c...
LOL! Champion filed suit against him. They are NOT paying the victims. The insurance company is now involved. Lawyer up people! Class action only.

I am not a legal expert by any stretch. How does the FL law work in this situation?

This seems 100% accurate.

Everyone harmed here should get legal representation. Better to use a common attorney and not have to reinvent the wheel and learn the case over and over again.

Class action only. If one person filed on their own and doest turn out good, then that suit will be used against all the other victims. Insurance company isn't going to be nice about this... Call Alan Hamisch just to have a convo...

This makes sense. Don't want one half *** case or settlement being used as a precedent.

Anyone organizing affected victims?

Maybe post Alan's contact info again. Assume you think he's the right guy for the job?

Not aware off all victims.

He's perfect for this... Many years of him being my attorney, dealing with slimy car guys and even Porsche Dealers.

You guys who got defrauded would be best served with a federal class action suit against the dealer, Shiraz, etc. If any of y’all sent wires, which I’m sure most did, it’s federal wire fraud.

Im not an attorney, but I hang out with quite a few at work.

I'm sure he's skipped town.

Wonder the status of his Champion Autosports account and he funds? Probably drained and cashed out.
