I did a quick reverse image search and it looks like that image was used on 12 different websites - some of the sites are no longer up.
It looks like someone would have to look at a lot of photos on these websites to find any pertinent info.

^^^ BINGO. Looks like one of those pictures taken a club and posted on Instagram to show off how bling, bling you are. Assume Mitra Maraj (Dave's son and in charge now) rather than Dave. Mitra and Shiraaz were like bros. Probably out partying with Bobby the jeweler.
Ironic Shiraaz got sued by AMEX for almost $200K in unpaid bills.
Overall, just bizarre that it's being used as clip art. Don't think it says anything more than that other than enforces Shiraaz's lifestyle going back a long time.

Looks like Broward County Sheriff's Dept 2010 or 2011. Charges unknown at this time related to this photo. I'm sure public record if someone were to look. Shiraaz Sookralli

Criminal complaints filed, now the system will move forward, local and federal warrants (federal=Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution, if he crossed state/US boundaries and even wire transfers or banking violations, could even result in RICO violation, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) should follow in time.
Lots of investigative work, will need interviews with victims, friends, family, co-workers, employer, plus sworn statements, track the paper trial, issue subpoenas and so on. However, if a good lead on whereabouts comes in, probable cause affidavit/warrant could be obtained quickly.

Guess Champion did not do periodic background checks.....how this guy stayed out of jail is amazing - hats off to this criminal......
Maybe investigation into owners death needs to be ramped up or revisited if closed to see if any funny business involved....
