I have never been offered a car by a dealer to be ordered where i would agree to purchase the car for more than MSRP. Sure, I have been told "no we have no allocation" but never "we will order the car from the factory if you agree to pay a premium over sticker". Can some one confirm this has the case with Champion or any other OEM dealer?

As far as the branding, lol. This RedStreak has insider info, but who knows who he/she really is.
They are both listed as part of the various legal papers.
Google his name. Pictures all over. Wish more people would come forward. Probably don't wanna talk.
His people and acquaintances including himself are likely following RL here.

So given that everybody and his dog knew this Shiraaz guy was olympic gold medal in womanizing, was the wife cool with it? Was she in it, too, maybe? (that would be awesome and provide an opportunity to revitalize this dying thread).

Big difference. I've had people who worked for me poorly represent the company we worked for before. That's not what I as the manager nor the company ownership would condone. But people are people and it happens. Maybe Champion knew about it and didn't care. Maybe they knew nothing about it. But we don't know the answer to that, do we....???

Liability falls on Champion 100%. He was an employee of the company and was working and representing their organization when defrauding customers.
Champions liability is to the defrauded customers. Up to them to go after Shiraaz like they have. Customers have nothing to do with that.
