Yellow 991.2 GT3 on Italian plates
@Disden: in Switzerland easy to recommend Furka, Grimsel and Sustenpass (this is the best of all for me).
One of the best roads of the world is from Davos to Zernez and then Zernez to Stelvio.
If you touch Austria theres the lovely Hochalpenstrasse from Solden to Italy, lovely on the Italian side too (Passo del Rombo).
Also very nice in Switzerland is the San Bernardino pass.

im picking up RS on Friday morning 9/21; a friend is coming with me and renting a car from Porsche - he said all that was left were 718s! . We are tentatively planning to immediately head straight down to Switzerland and spend the next 3 days running through Swiss passes over to Stelvio then heading back up North through Austria to make it to Spa by Tuesday night. Certainly the more the merrier and any recommendations would be appreciated!
We go to the Alps at least once every year but always go to the area around Megeve, going to Val D'Isere, Courmayeur, Alpe D'Huez, etc. Once away from the villages you can really push on.

Man, I gotta do ED one of these days. How do you guys deal with getting tires?

The tracks there have shops that stock the usual Porsche track car sizes. At Spa LLM Meccasport is right next to LaSource and usually has RS sizes in stock ready for track days. Also many of the track day organizers have tire support that come to the track prepared. RSR ans Gran Turismo are very good at finding sets for customers. But they are not cheap! I still have been unable to track down some R spec PSC2s
