Default GMG Racing - GT2RS Exhaust Development (updated 12.17.18)

The GMG Racing team would like to share some of the development we are doing on the 991 GT2RS. While we are thoroughly impressed with Porsche's latest version of the GT2, we are still looking to improve the exhaust's flow characteristics and sound. Initial video has been taken to try and capture the sound in stock form. Continuous updates will be date to the thread so please check back or subscribe to follow the progress!

***UPDATE 8/29***

I wish it was that simple.....there are different ways to do it for sure....we are going to test a few options....will keep you posted.

This client wants the full high flow cat upgrade as well as the replacement muffler system.....

Car is on the Dyno today for some logging. Here are some photos of the first exhaust. This unit is made in stainless to take measurements for the Inconel version

DYNO PLOT BELOW: Excuse us for the lack of proper marketing materials but I thought it was more important to get to the results than a fluffy sales brochure.........these results are impressive!
I love the large gains at low rpm.......when you need it most!
Stay tuned for more info!!
