Well you are man enough to admit this. The same is happening with all these ADM morons who paid big money and now that market has tanked. No empathy.

Don't bother.

It's pricing available and visible only to RL Keyboard Warriors.

Agree. I see all kinds of talk here about these MSRP and MSRP +10 cars, but I don't see them. If I do, there is usually a problem. I'm getting ready to sell my 991.2 GT3 (White, pdk, pccb, sofas, 170k sticker). I will ask 185k and it has to go through my local dealer so I can get the sales tax savings against my new RS. My intention at this point is to turn it into the dealer because they can always get more money out of a car due to having it there and having the ability to finance and make the buyer feel comfortable. The dealer has already offered me more than what some of these keyboard warriors have said they are going for. So I have a hard time believing they are correct.

you mean like these ones? I called 4 dealers who have listed the .2RS's for MSRP or slightly over and all 4 told me that they just list it at MSRP or slightly over, in reality they are actually asking $75-90K over MSRP

The rennlist classifieds usually have better prices due to private sellers. Don't let the list price scare you. Usually pretty negiotiable if you're a quick buyer.

There are so many PDK or 6MT available across all channels that I would be very firm in making a cash offer just north of MSRP and walk if the dealer starts acting up. Especially since many builds are very close, i.e. not only 1 chalk PDK or MT if you want that color. Someone will blink, especially as summer is winding down and more cars are getting flipped / "turned in" or "traded" with delivery miles

So my buddy is at the dealership now.

He's actually looking at two cars there. One is a chalk winged pdk 600 miles and one is a chalk touring 300 miles.

If I tell him $10k over for the winged and $15k over for the touring is that good advice on getting a fair deal? (not a steal but not getting ripped off either)
I was also going to tell him that the touring might hold value a little better but I don't actually know that that is the case.

Thanks again.

10k Over for under 1000k miles seems to be a pretty good deal that the dealer might be hard to get down to. If he can pull 10k over personally id do it.

But I'm just a "rennlist keyboard warrior" who has been on the lookout for a black 991.2 for a few months now. Grain of salt required.

no, those are clearly not real cars for sale at that price. I am talking about the PDK 991.2 GT3 listed on the CPO nationalpreowned Porsche cite which are real used cars for sale and some as low as $10-11k over MSRP.

$10k and $15k sound like a good deal. I doubt the touring the dealer sells for only $15k over but who know what the spec is.
