Congrats man. Almost thought I clicked on an anatomy lesson for dummies?!?. Regardless, do you mind sharing some driving impressions ? I would like to know how the ride is compared to your 911 R (not interested in knowing which is the "better car", as both cars are special).

Hey Jack ... sure I'm happy to do a comparison post on my impressions of both cars without having to state which is better.
In fact, although I have less than 100 miles on the GT3 I can already state that they are surprisingly distinct from each other despite what one may presume based on their seemingly common parts.
I was actually a little worried when I bought the R, that the GT3 would be redundant once it got delivered (I had ordered it a year ago before I knew I was going to buy an R), but they have a very different feel.
I also made it a point to avoid comparison threads and video reviews between the two cars so that I would make up my own mind without being influenced.
Anyhoot, I'll try to express all that after a little more driving with a little more experience so that I can be precise translating the emotions into words.
