Default RS Too good to be true.......

So I thought. Until I pulled the build sheet.

Bad enough there's no radio, but A/C delete!

Assuming it was spec'd to track but never made it out the garage much.

That car has floated around for quite some time... I believe it originally sold over a year ago, from the private party... asking about $195 then... (out of Florida).

Best Regards,
Dave

Maybe the garage is temperature controlled.

Gentlemen, I was being sarcastic.

Considering it's literally brand new I saw the price and figured, not bad, could probably be had for under $200k.
THEN.... I ran the build and saw both A/C and radio delete.

Not a deal at all...

I’d say if one were looking for the lightest possible RS spec, it’s not too bad. I can’t imagine many ac/radio delete + PCCB cars out there, especially with minimal mileage.

That's a great spec for an RS! Radio delete avoids the ugly roof wart too...
I would've skipped the heavy PDLS headlights and chosen the large fuel tank though (no need to fill when trying to stay light and handy many other times).

I will never understand no AC and no radio. Just don’t put six gallons of fuel in it and you will save more. And frankly that weight saving can’t be felt anyway without tracking it.

Interestingly enough, my RS has the radio and no roof wart! Don't have Sat radio, maybe that's the reason.
