If I was in your shoes I'd do the same thing. You will have the chance to see a dozen WP trade-ins at some point. I'd get the earliest LG I could get my hands on, period. For an individual that isn't going to get a look at a dozen examples at wholesale down the line, getting and spec'ing exactly what you want is a different proposition.
