That doesn’t look like msrp at $189k but i didn’t go through the math

if it is, then it’s a fair price given the current market

As others have said, I'd try to find either the VIN or the MSRP.

Based on my options list and what I sort of remember, here's what it could be:
  • Leather/Alcantara package black/grey - $3480
  • Porsche Ceramic Brakes(PCCB) - $9210
  • Front axle lift system - $2590
  • Fire Extinguisher - $140
  • Luggage net in passenger footwell - $0
  • Bose surround sound - $1600
  • Carbon fiber interior package w/leather interior - $960
  • Carbon fiber sport bucket seats - $5200
  • Chrono package with preparation for lap trigger - $550
  • Platinum satin wheels - $1220
  • LED headlights in black incl. PDLS - $2900
  • Silver seat belts - $360
  • Aluminum look gas cap - $720
All that adds up to $28930. MSRP is $143,600 so totals to about $172,530 (didn't include gas guzzler, destination, etc).

I *think* Graphite Blue Metallic is a PTS color? If so, add $12,500 to it? Making it $185,030...and right about even with the asking price. The 2800 miles at this point doesn't mean much since the car is still highly desirable and it is essentially new. I'd check if that is the REAL price or if he wants something higher (markup) than that number.

In my opinion, the options list is pretty minimal since there are a lot of little things you can get (painted side skirts, sport design mirrors, light design package, colored dials, matched headlight cleaning covers, etc). You're really paying for the PTS color (if in fact that is PTS).

I thought Graphite Metallic blue is a standard color.

GBM is not PTS (albeit discontinued so maybe a "premium" for those who really want it). Sounds like the seller is maybe including tax in that "MSRP" calculation. I'd ask for a build-sheet. IMO if it's truly $11k over then it's "fair" if and only if that's the type of build you're looking for...otherwise move on since others will pop up in that range.

Based on the OP's $178K MSRP number, you're probably right.

I don't remember seeing it. And even if I look at the configurator now, it doesn't list that color.

Numbers aren't adding up so there must be some options missing.

$11k above is a decent number IMO. You can probably find better if you searched so I would personally try to negotiate it down. But a few questions to ask yourself:

How close to a perfect spec is this car? Do you care about extended range fuel tank?
How much is your time/effort worth looking for another car?
Do you trust the seller? You're buying the seller as much as you're buying the car.

I am late to the allocation game so might have to settle for used GT3. I will be looking at a used one this week Grigio Telesto Metallic color, less then 2,000 miles with MSRP $195,000( don't know for sure yet), full body clear wrap, fully loaded but they wanted $219,000 and they said they bought it back for $212,000. I don't mind paying for a fully loaded option GT3 but do have a hard time paying high ADM.

This should help you out. Seller is asking $15K over MSRP if all the details are accurate (see links below). It's loaded up with all the goodies which help resale: GBM, PCCB, LWB, FAL, MANUAL, ALCANTARA, BOSE, CHRONO, PDLS, etc.

In terms of the price, it really is up to you whether you want to offer below, at, or above MSRP. It's pretty good build so if the seller is motivated then MSRP +/- $5K should do it.

Who really knows what his bottom line is -- and he is giving the auction 20 days so I'm sure he'll get a lot offers (and low-ballers)...

Is this an Automatic or Manual car? Looks Auto. If manual the +$11k I guess is a decent deal, but not sure if Auto.
