Offer the seller $174K. It should work for a quick sale.

Good luck.

So what's the $3,400 "UNKNOWN" item below the GGT on the window sticker in post #6? Never seen that before.

I wouldn't go more than 5k over MSRP.

Depends on where you are located. I think it is a fair price because you can't find them around here!

Tom,
What is your budget and must have options? Maybe that will be easier to start. I really think you are in the upper hand, as the 3RS are pouring in, more owners are putting their GT3 for sale.
I would not limit yourself to only one car. Perhaps you may be even lucky enough to score your own build.

With almost 3K miles I would agree with this.

this will be my first and last Porsche so budget is not a problem but I do have problem with 20K-50K over MSRP. Lately a lot of GT3 owners are selling their cars to get RS so the market might be flooded soon with GT3s.

Here is the other PTS car I am interested in. 193k MSRP selling for $209,000 and willing to negotiate, I need to see just one more then decide.

^Looks like a great build. And a beautiful color! The red stitching, yellow brakes sound a little odd but probably doesn't class in person.

If they are willing to negotiate, I would easily take this car at anything around 200k before the car you originally posted at 189

Good question.
I thought it would be CXX but that is usually bundled into the option list

Maybe air freight but would seem to low of price

I'm still stuck on the "..and last Porsche." How are you so sure about that?
