So before the technology can be moved to the RSR it needs to show up in some form via a production car. I think they are down to about a 4 year development window(?) so its kinda wishful thinking on my part but figured I'd ask.

Ah. This is what Ferrari is running on their F1 lump. Mercedes also now. But I think it works best on turbos and not NA engines.

I really hope this inspires more people to have some fun with these cars and post it! Kinda get tired about ADM and should I buy the lift for my car!

@SDGT3 I bet when you started this you would have never thought it would be this big.

I wish I could have made it. I had to work. Brian is a world class driver and gentleman. This was all done very well and professional. Thank you for sharing.

I think the cup car is one of the best sounding Porsches out there. During a cup race, hearing all 30 of them come through a corner and up shift.....so good. Super cup that tours with F1 is some of the best racing you can see.

Definitely turned out to be bigger than I thought and the job they have done is really great. I will be worth keeping all the footage and article for a memento!!

For all the DATA junkies in the group! Here is the data of the two cars overlay-ed by David Murry. Very well done and shows the differences between HP and Grip!

I don't know the track at all but surprised to see that up to the first 1/3rd of the track both cars had same times, and then in just two turns, the cup car put about 3-4 seconds on the GT2RS ? (~ between 8400-9400 and 11,000-13,000 on the scale). I am sure regulars there can enlighten us

Pretty impressive Gs for the RS, not running slicks and 0.3G peak less than the cup.
