GT2RS
good friend of mine had his chiron come in and GT2RS same time, looking to possibly move the GT2RS (at a premium)
the last black w/ weissach i saw actually sell was 550, but told him 500 was the more realistic number.. i have $0.00 incentive in it for me but could connect a buyer with the seller if someone was hard up for a black one at a decent price.

Just FYI there is or was a black 2RS with WP listed in classifieds by a fellow RL member listed for $470k *ask* so that is already 30k under your figure

i know 4 guys with the new 2RS, two of them paid sticker and the other two paid at least 100 over. The guys that paid 100 (or more) over say its the most awesome car ever. The guys who paid sticker say the car is fast, and has all the Porsche qualities you'd expect, but its nothing special. I wonder why

had it been my allocation i would have picked a better color combo but a lot of people really enjoy black... i think on the 4.0 market its the wild builds that still demand the most money.

Here is one more data point for you. I paid MSRP for my GT2RS and I love it. I think it's an awesome car with wonderful flaws, making it a more fun driver's car, better than the GT3RS in terms of pure excitement

Not sure I'm the "Driver" in "Drivers car" though... we'll see.

+1, I drove it.
MSRP max.
Awesome car for track.
With all my previous RS, 4.0 included, I always agreed with Porsxhe on the price point.
The GT2RS seems very expensive even at MSRP. Even more so if you stuff it in the wall.
Surely everyone will post that I’m nuts but I don't see the value of a $200K TT motor in a $200K RS adding up to $300K, but OK it’s a slushy world out there and I’m sure Porsche has noticed. Sign of the times.
They will drop in value faster then the GT3RS in a world where $70 - $120K buys you 700Blown HP (Perhaps you need a light $2500 tune)
I know the 997GT2RS but limited production of 500.
There are more collectors than there are 997 4.0 or 997 GT2RS.
There are a faukton of 991 GTcars. Thousands and thousands.
the GT2RS will be fewer, but fewer then a manual GT3? Touring?
The true value of GT cars without much substitute is of course track worthiness.
But at $400K +, not many will see the track, let alone receive a beating that requires a GT Porsche.
And for everything else, for $400K there’s a lot of cool stuff out there.. What’s a NA V12 800HP superfast Fiat go do these days?
700TT isn’t anything special now, let alone in 2 years.
The rest of the car isnt more special then the 3000? GT3RS that will be stateside within 12 months and all of those will be MSRP or below this winter.
But soon NA will be special.
Tell your friend to move it before winter.

I watched a video of a GT2 RS do an autobahn run from a dead stop and was shocked at how fast that thing got over 200 MPH. They are rockets. Nothing boring about those cars imo. Maybe upgrade the exhaust note, but that is it. One of the baddest cars around.
