Good luck with calling Porsche dealers. Let's just say be ready for lots of rigmarole and expect to pay major ADM.

Allocations
I have a great local dealership, but it appears they are out of allocations. Or, at least they are reserved for someone that isn’t me. Maybe I’ll get lucky if they get some additional allocations in the fall (and perhaps they’ll offer a nice blue alternative to Miami by then...fingers crossed).
Otherwise, not sure how to go about getting one beyond cold-calling.

I just posted about a customizable 991.2 GT3 allocation in the RL vehicle marketplace. One of the few remaining customizable builds in the country.
October lock, November build, can be PDK, manual, or touring.
Who it goes to depends on who wants it the most.
