Default GT3 bumper misalignment?

Has ever had their bumper corner “pop” out on their 991.1 bumper? Last week my a fastener in my front bumper came loose and is sticking out now (see pics below). I didn’t hit or scrape anything so I’m guessing a fastener just came lose. Brought it to the dealership and they claimed that the clearbra caused it and it’s not warrantable. I thought it was a bit strange since the clearbra was put on 5k miles/ 2.5 years ago. Also I doubt clearbra guys would disassemble the entire bumper.
However, just by mere coincidence, I was at a car event last weekend and saw 3 other GT3 cars with the exact same issue. I got pics of all of them but not going to spam this post, they basically look the same as mine below. This leads me to believe that this may be a workmanship issue, which would be warrantable. Anyone got any tips on how to get warranty to cover it?

Below pic is how the bumper gap SHOULD look:

Happened to my .1 all the time. I would pop it back in, and then a few days later I’d find it popped out again. Seems like a design issue.

That's a pathetic response from your dealership. Absolutely shocking.

If the interpretation of the warranty request is simply down to some dude in that particular dealership, what about taking it to any other dealership and seeing if they treat it like the issue that it clearly is?

take it back in to another dealer or escalate to the GM of your dealer......this happened to my 993 after 2 years and they took care of it........

Mr RS drivers side was exactly the same, agree with design flaw. Didn’t want the dealer make it worse and over time ignored. Good luck

I am confused.

Can they not take off Bumper and put it on again correctly fastened??

I had no issues with .1 nor any with my .2 so do not think it is a design flaw

I have the same issue with my 2014 GT3. Drivers side is flush, but the passenger side sticks out, almost identical to the OP’s pictures.

Took it into service center yesterday and just by coincidence saw another car in there with the problem. I have been checking nearly every 991.1 with a GT3 or sport design bumper in the last two weeks that I manage to get up close to. So far it’s 50% of the cars I’ve looked at have this misalignment. Despite that, service departments are adamant that this has never occurred. For reference they want $450 to adjust it (!!)

Will write to PCNA to see what they say.
