About $500 more every 6 months for farmers at a 1k deductible - couldn't believe how cheap it was

In NC they will let you add a GT car but won't write a new policy with a GT car. Learn this just last month. I had them with my 14 Gt3 and switched to another company. Tried switching back and they won't cover the 2018 Gt3.

Interesting. I have two houses, five cars and a boat insured with State Farm and have zero complaints about how I've been treated.

I think discussion prices isn't really accurate, this all depends on what coverage you have, 100/100/100k, 500/500/500k, 1m/1m/1m and then you have Umbrella insurance, which I HOPE ALL YOU PEOPLE HAVE.

I have $3M umbrella, car is $1800/year with State farm and has 500/500/500K coverage, so $3.5M for any accidents.

But please, if you don't have umbrella now, GET IT, it can literally save your home. I was involved in accident 5 years ago, not my fault, but they sued anyway, insurance company gave them $1m anyway, so GLAD I had umbrella. In California, its a not who's right/wrong in any accident, it all comes down to the jury, if they feel bad for the person, you are screwed no matter the law, this I found out, but luckily had umbrella, without it, I could have lost my home.

I have 250/500 plus a 1 MM umbrella. Las Vegas has one of the highest insurance rates in the Nation. I see a Dozen ambulance chaser commercials daily. Everybody is either high or drunk 24/7. God forbid it rains here, lol crashes everywhere

That sounds really high for the bay area at an incremental level

I have. Several times.

Never an issue.

They even sent me flowers when I was in the hospital.

Large is a relative term. We did have to replace a floor and then the ceiling and floor below when a toilet actually backed up while we were away at a previous home 16yrs ago. Had a roof replaced just last year, but again, that was only about $14k for the roof. For unplanned events, I consider that large.
