Just took delivery of my 2018 GT3. I had really wanted Rhodium Silver so my dealer got the build bumped up ahead of the discontinuation date for that color. I am in Oklahoma and the dealer is in LA. I was at a meeting in Vegas last week so I flew out to inspect the car before they shipped it. I had them leave all the plastic wrap on the car and the little bumpers for shipping. It arrived perfect-best long distance delivery I have ever had. I did notice the mileage at the dealer was 273-seems a bit high for a new car but I know they do more testing on the GT3’s. Curious what everyone else has found at delivery?
You all have me doubting myself-I will double check but pretty sure it was 273 not 27.3-I only drove it from the semi to my garage-0.3 miles. All the mileage was before it went on the truck-surly the dealer didn’t but 200 miles on it testing it-so It must be factory testing. I will confirm before I bring it up with dealer.
Thanks for all the reply’s-when I inspected the car I didn’t think much about the miles on it-thought is was normal pre delivery testing from the factory-it was still in delivery wrapping-its not like they would have taken it for a 250 mile joy ride before giving it to me. I will check with the dealer for an explanation. The car is flawless as far as I can tell. The color I wanted-the 6 speed manual. A few extra miles are not going to stress me out too much.

Props to you for not stressing so much. I would still ask for a DME report just to be sure there weren't any range 3-6 over-revs.

+1. The dealer should have a record of what the mileage was at PDI input, so you could see if miles were added between PDI and delivery to you. But if you don’t care, perhaps it’s not worth asking...
First off, congrats. My delivery miles was only 5.4 miles. It should not exceed 10 miles, at most, coming from Germany. From plant, to truck, to ship, to port, to delivery truck and to the dealer for PDI. So driving around quarter mile per stages and delivery testing for 3 to 5 miles. Was the reduced power displayed on the dash the first time you saw it? They will usually take the plastic covering after PDI was done. No matter what, it IS still a great car and congrats again.
