Something does not add up. No way a new car should have 273 miles. By definition that would define a used car or at least a car driven by the dealership. Mine had 13 miles similar to all of the other new cars. It seems strange that they were able to get the car so early and ahead of the discontinuation date for that color. I could be wrong but it is possible that your dealer obtained this car from another dealer with your color and added the plastic wrap. I noticed your plastic wrap is quite wrinkled and stretched in a number of places and does not look like it was added at the factory.

That is definitely a lot of miles. Should be 15 max. When I was shopping around for mine, there was a very similar spec out of a dealer in Illinois that had 250ish miles on it. I would run the vin and get to the bottom of it. Congratulations nonetheless and enjoy it!

Congrats on a beautiful car! I have a very similar spec'd Rhodium Silver manual. I love the color and suspect there are not too many others out there in this color. As for the mileage, mine showed up with 8 on the odo and not sure how yours would have accumulated that many, but would be curious to know. Glad you are not stressing over it too much and hope you enjoy the car, they are incredible!

15.1 miles on delivery....you should ask for a discount on what you paid or free accessories you did not order...........aluminum gas cap, clear side markers license plate frame, floor mats weather tech type.........something for this uncertainty of what those miles were comprised of???? launch control, over break-in rpms......have them do an OBD check for history.............273 is more than a test..........

My main concern would be over-revs. It certainly sucks that someone put on so many miles, but you're still getting an amazing car and I don't think your experience will be diminished. But over-revs, especially if significant, can damage the engine, and possibly hurt resale value if that matters to you.

Im with most everyone else unfortunately, 273 miles seems very off the normal new delivery odo range IMO and I would investigate. Don't know if I've seen a new car with that "high" of mileage at all short of an unpunched/demo car

Ok, thanks for all the input-like I said I had no idea what normal delivery mileage was supposed to be-first thing is stop home to confirm I read it right-next is to call the dealer. I will update you all with their response.

ok, so I am a total noob.
When I inspected the car I was running on two hours of sleep with a two hour time zone change after 12 hours of flight delay night mares and an 8 am podium lecture presentation-I was on fumes. I guess I was looking at the miles remaining number not the odometer which actually reads 8 miles. Sorry for all the drama-I just aged about 3 years in last 5 hours. Thanks for all the input.
The dealership and my representative, Dean, has been awesome all the way.

Yup 273 miles for a new car is ridiculous. It looks like somebody did a nice early break in for you and probably went Fast n Furious with your car....... You definitely better go find out what happened.

We have sister cars! Rhodium is pretty rare and was unpopular, not sure why. There is a 991.1 Rhodium GT3 in OKC as well. Nice looking car

Glad it was a small mixup on your part and not a nefarious act by your dealer. Enjoy your new whip.

What are over-revs? Taking above the break in rpms?
