PTS approved blue include a lot of colors, hard to believe what you say with that variety. Washed out blue? Not Riviera or Mexico at least...

I agree the new color slate is awesome. I'm just over all the colors we've all picked over and over. They are pretty but have almost become cliche pts (same old blues and greens). Seeing some genuinely new colors is refreshing to me. I literally passed on pts to get one of the new colors because they look great on the new cars.

Every time I see Miami blue, the song ‘The Girl from Ipanema’ plays in my head.

That's likely Voodoo Blue actually.
Miami is very interesting in person. I had a fellow local GT3 owner stop by my house recently with his MB .2 GT3. Frankly I was surprised at how much I liked the car. I felt it had too much of the green/turquoise tint in pictures. Seeing it in person the car is softer than I expected. It really pops on a cloudy day to me.
I have the GT4 that is Olympic Blue. It is really similar to Riveria Blue but lighter. It does not carry the turquoise tone that MB has.It darkens up quite a lot in low light but then washes out in sunlight too. It is a really hard color to capture, like MB. As it turns out, I love it because it is really unique.
I have given consideration to doing it on my new RS but I am leaning into something on the green tone. I don't know exactly yet.

Miami can actually look too green in pics similar to how it can look too blue. Went to an event yesterday and saw in person and it is absolutely stunning. Everyone seemed to like it there, or at least interested .
Guards red on the GT3 is amazing, too... and loved the aubergine. can't wait for 2 weeks for my MB to arrive.
