Default .2 dyno numbers, any yet?

I hear a lot of people talking about how the .2 GT3 seems to be making more power/torque than what Porsche has told us. Is there any .2 's out there with stock dyno numbers? Very curious to see because my .2 seems so much more powerful than my .1(as expected), especially in the middle. I also would like to see if it indeed does make more power than advertised, and how it compares(if any difference) to a .1 RS 4.0. I think of the differences in the two(GT3's) in relation to a dirt bike, with the .1 being like a 2 stroke and the .2 more like a four stroke, the .2 just pulls in any gear at any RPM and the .1 you need to be up in the revs to stay in the powerband.

No dyno number here. But I recently testdrove the new Aston Vantage with 510 bhp twinturbo from Mercedes. That felt considerably slower. OK, it weighs more, and is more like a midrange torque car than a topend rush car, but still ...

Dundon recently dynoed a .2, they posted on their Instagram but they didn't show a result.

Is that the the exhaust flaps opening a couple of seconds into the pull? If so, why isn't the pull performed with them always open (i.e. in SPORT)?

The flaps open/close on their own regardless of the exhaust setting. The Sport button is for the PDK mapping.

Right. Sorry, I meant the PSE-button. If that is put to OPEN from start (which would be logical given that they're measuring performance) then it shouldn't sound like that?

Would be great to see Dundon also get a Manual to dyno. From what I've seen, the Manual cars are doing 455/460 and the PDK cars 445/450.

The TQ on these .2's is what is just super impressive! We need a .2 RS Dyno next!

Look forward to seeing the after numbers on the .2 once they get the headers installed!

Best Regards,
Dave

The button just makes things louder at idle, ECU manages the flaps open/closing them as needed to increase low end torque. You need to disconnect the vacuum lines if you want the sound to stay the same and not switch like that.

Joe from Fabspeed Motorsport
Hope you and everyone is doing great.

our Dynojet all wheel drive dyno is getting a new rear drum. We should be up and running next week and can dyno your car. The 991.2 GT3 cars seem to make alot of power across the RPM bank and not be so peaky. How many miles do you have now?

Supposed to have several GT2RS cars coming in soon as soon as the dyno is up & running.................. but have been pushing them off since the dyno was down.

Fabspeed team going to CF Charities this weekend!

My manual dyno'd at 454 rwhp and 328 rwtq. I didn't have blowers going directly to the intake either.

Seems like the manuals are putting down 10 more rwhp and 10 more rwtq
