I'm assuming that since the bumper is being treated as a removable maintenance cover that it's made to be easily removed and reinstalled without damage. Is this the case?
I've taken a lot of bumpers off a lot of different cars over the years and you never get the impression they were meant to come off. There's always finicky clips and screws and stuff that are easy to break if you don't get it all quite right. Is that still the case here?

Completely straightforward, just a matter of maybe 20 screws, rear lights in/out and disconnecting one line. It comes off and goes on easily.
No need to adjust anything when reinstalling, it snugs into place.
