This was on a brand new car. Never disassembled. Lost approximately 6 screws per ram air duct. I haven't taken apart the bumper to access the air filter yet but I'm sure that some of the screws are in that area.
I called Porsche customer care to alert them of the problem but they referred me back to my local dealer who can't find the screw type to order new ones.
I agree that the screws should have been torqued in better from the factory.
Porsche and the dealer don't seem too concerned. Now it's on my dime to try find these replacement bolts and re-assemble to entire deck lid carbon fiber parts.
I guess that if I paid $40K more for the car then they'd consider giving me the 50 cent screws so that I can re-assemble the rear lid even though it's a factory defect.

name the dealer
put on IG FB
and PCNA do after service surveys, that affects compensation.
friend or mine has an audi servided and they damaged the int. with some forceful argument, the took car back and replace wth new one (it was quite a bit of damage in this case)

I'm still wondering how these bolts came out in the first place. With the rear deck closed, the bolts can't back out as they are basically in contact with the engine cover.

factory fault or not
this is a simple issue
not rocket science
if i was servicde manager, i just fix it and get it over with.
it's not something they shoudl even have any discussion on.

I'm still 100% convinced this isn't a factory issue. For some reason, unknown to the OP, these were removed at some point and not put back properly. Maybe damage during shipping or PDI or some such thing. My first guess would have been PPF installation but apparently it hasn't had that. Someone screwed up.

Since Porsche dealer can't find the screws as a single item they've been told by Porsche to replace the entire rear deck/wing of the car.
How crazy!!!!
Over $2 worth of screws they'd rather spend $15k to replace the whole deck.
I'm not inclined to do this because the paint will never match.

Update.
Porsche claiming that they don't know if it's a defect. Leaving me to sort it out.
I've already taken it to the dealer twice.
All of this for a few missing screws.
Obviously the screws weren't torque or needed some loctite.
Hard to believe.

I am sure these are common screws used on all Porsches. The dealer has bins of fasteners, I can't believe they don't have any. Take one of the screws out that are remaining, measure it and report back. I am sure it is a Torx 25 or 27, black, length? size in mm? Like mooty says this is not rocket science.

I am sorry, but your dealer sucks, big time. Post who it is, serves them right, and report them to PCNA. Stop going to them.
As to the main problem, finding the right screws, take off one of what you have and take them to an auto shop.
