991.1 RS market must be bottoming

Been watching the secondary market like a hawk. I would call it on the way to bottoming but not quite yet. There are 30 solid .1RS.s for sale on each of the big sites. Four under 200K and the majority of them between 210-230K. What's even more funny is they are all going down by 1K each week. $215 to 214 to 213 etc. You can tell they are all trying to get their 25K over MSRP back. Many are sitting. We may be hitting somewhat of a stagnant period. There are just too many different GT cars to by from both models from 2014 to now. At this rate they will be awful close to MSRP by next spring if it holds the pattern.

The sooner they start to fall, the better chance I have to buy one to track.... only time will tell, but I like to be optimistic.

I have to admit this is intersting and I am humble enough to confess I am guilty of the below.
We all want to buy " GT " cars at MSRP and sell at market.- when it favors one. But- my .2 a Keeper
You can take this comment and run with it

How weird....turned into value thread!!??? Simple, don’t criticize dealer for markup = won’t be guilty of talking out of both sides of mouth when selling later with markup! This is what’s enabling the markup over MSRP equation from dealers when new! Why are all the offenders different? I’m not judging but it’s crazy that it only works one way, when it benefits?

Regardless of whatever the sellers of said cars are asking- the cars available for sale are not any slower because of their price. If you want a bad A$$ Track car- get an RS. Find a CPO car, drive the ***** off it. Experience 5-10 regional tracks and then either mod it or decide to sell and get a dedicated track car.
Also- no need to root for 30-40 cars for sale to go up or down all at once- chances are you'll only buy one anyways right? So you're better off time wise just calling one or 3 sellers and low balling them vs hoping for a major drop in the large market.
