Patience is often rewarded.
Got the call from the dealer today about a GT3 allocation at MSRP for a June build. Super pumped, especially after passing on the RS allocation a month ago. Going to try and go for another Leipzig ED schedule permitting. Also I'm listing a GT4 for sale here shortly if anyone has interest. Best of luck for those still waiting. There might still be hope!!!

Good to know. Yeah on my GT4 we had to do ED at Leipzig in early July to avoid the August shutdown. Now to mull over the grey vs white for the next week or so. And how to fit 2 weeks holiday baggage with the LWB

Btw isn't your build locked yet? If it's June build, I thought it locks pretty soon. My build is Oct and lock date is Aug

congrats and great spec! I was in a similar boat - the GT3 was the one I wanted. I didn't make the cut for an allocation however, but my dealer made it up to me with an RS allocation. couldn't pass it up - it's the car I truly wanted, but I'm stretching more than I wanted to $ wise (honestly would have preferred a GT3). oh well, I can eat ramen noodles for a little while to cover the difference.
this is just a great time to be able to ****** these cars up - I feel like we're (perhaps unfortunately) at the pinnacle of naturally aspirated motors and the excitement they provide. I truly hope Porsche can figure out a way to keep them in the GT lineup moving forward, but if they can't, at least I'll have my RS to hold onto for a long time.
