Default W.P. availability in US
I talked with a US dealer today who said that WP is now delayed. I thought I read something about this regarding the Euro market but hadn’t heard of this affecting the US market yet. I apologize if this is old news, I admittedly didn’t do a thorough search on it but hadn’t heard of this yet. Any one else able to confirm this? It makes since that it would eventually affect the US if it is affecting the Euro market. The dealer said “if” they had a build slot available with a July build, that I could not add or select WP on that vehicle. I would only be able to build a vehicle without WP. I couldn’t even build it with WP knowing that it would delay the build date. It’s simply not currently available. I asked about PTS availability as well and it’s still unavailable also. Just curious if anyone else is hearing this. Not intending to stir stuff up. Just an honest question.

I chose DEC build , no problem with WP that I know of.

I have a Sept Build and WP and Sept 25th Zuffenhausen pick up confirmed by PCNA. No delays but also no move up been the same schedule since placed the order.

my LG with WP is scheduled for Zuffenhausen pickup on September 24. Where you going?

Doing Spa for 2 days then The Ring and thinking about southern France or Aragon not sure at this point. Only Spa and Ring are for sure. How about you?

hilarious, I’m signed up for the 2 day Spa event too. Was going to hit Nürburgring the following day. However then I’ll be heading down into the Alps for some spirited mountain passes in Switzerland, Austria and Northern Italy. Sound like we will definitely see each other.

This is what always happens! It's also one of the things I love about this stuff, I can travel half way around the world and meet up with people that love this as much as me. I look forward to it look for the Black RS with gold wheels, hopefully I'll be the only one!

My Leipzig delivery is scheduled for Sept 26th and I'm planning to do a northern-Europe-tracks trip and then drive it home in Italy.

sounds awesome! We may need to organize a RL gathering. I’ll be heading down to Dolomites to enjoy some mountain passes after Spa.
