Default shout out to Porsche North Houston

as many of u know that houston (john wright) is one of the good dealers.
i mean that not b/c they can send me cars at MSRP
sometime they can other times they cannot. c'est la vie..
but i have bought a few cars from them in the past and they always represented it well.
the last purchase i got had some issues. it was NOT misrepresented; rather it was a freak issue ... and was not a cheap fix.
i was about to chalk up "well, it's an used car... deal with it"
then PNH called, "no, we will make it right".
and they sure did.
this really exemplifies integrity and a true effort earning their business.
it's not the MSRP and price i care so much about, but it's just RARE to see integrity and see ppl step up to the plate to get issues resolved rather than twirling their thumbs.
BRAVO and my hats off to PNH.

PNH has been great.... Even if I cannot get a 1.2 GT3(RS) allocation ha. Enjoy that little gem in good health Mooty! I heard the story but had NO idea that was yours!

+2. I wrote a note on Renn about PNH and Billy Bennet (GM) covering a 20+k rebuild on a '71 911T engine on a car I bought from them. The motor started leaking oil, they took it apart and found it had been rebuilt incorrectly earlier and rebuilt it. I know NO other dealer that would do that. BTW - car is for sale now on website. Cleanest 911T in country. The day they found the issue, Billy told me about the problem, and told me that they were sourcing the parts to fix it properly. Car showed up at my house a few weeks later perfect.

I guess you can say the good guy dealers charge MSRP, but PNH does way more than that - they run their dealer focused on their customers. And they treat every customer like a life long customer. I buy cars from them not because they sell at MSRP and are a "good guy" - I buy from them because I know if there is an issue with a car that I buy, that they will make it right - no questions. I've literally seen Billy out there hands dirty inspecting a car they bought with the shop guys and telling them to put it back on the truck and send it back to where it came from because it didn't pass his standards.

+991 on the sentiments about PNH. I am so glad that I bought the 4.0 car from them as it provided me an opportunity to see what kind of fabulous service they provide their customers. I've never had better experiences buying cars than I have with PHN. John and Billy are one true class acts and have gone above and beyond for me as well as treating me like a good local customer even though a 3 hour plane flight away. As such, I make it a point to head out there whenever I can to drop in and say hello with some good old Texas BBQ. They deserve all the business they can handle because places that do things the right way deserve it. To say that it's a pleasure doing business with them is an understatement. A lot of other dealers can take some notes on how they should treat their customers from PNH.

+1. PNH conducts business consistent with a company who is interested in in long term relationships with their clients. What a novel business concept.

Corkscrew in Old Town Spring about 5 more minutes down the road from Rudy's is where you really want to be.

+1 Corkscrew is worth the wait and the best in the greater Houston area. I think I know what I am doing for lunch tomorrow!
