GT3 RS - tint the windows, or not??
Hi All - just picked up a low mileage 2016 GT3 RS in white. As this has been my dream car for longer than I can remember, I'm completely in love.
It didn't come with any mods, other than a black roof panel which looks pretty great with the other black accents. This has me thinking about tinting the windows. The plan is to put a roll bar, harnesses and track it alongside my other car (Shelby GT350R).
The question for you guys is: Should I tint the windows on the GT3? Is that somehow considered taboo on an RS?
I'm rather undecided, but figured I need to make a decision before I put the roll bar in and it becomes impossible.

I have not owned one single car ever in my life that I have not tinted the windows and that is 20+ and counting. You know my answer.

However, this car will spend the majority of it's time on the track, with less than 1k miles on the street per year.

I like the tint for privacy - don't feel like people look at you as much when you're driving the car. but I like no tint for looks. it's a great looking interior, and the car looks more badass without it, IMO. especially if you're going to put a cage in it. tinted cars definitely feel more street focused. that's my 2 cents anyways.

I cant believe you are even worried about tint. Tint the thing. It's not very expensive, protects the inside, and looks nice. How's that black roof working out for you?
